Richard J Phillips
Rich Phillips is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lantern Messaging where he manages the overall strategic direction for the firm including business development, marketing and operations. He has over 24 years’ management experience in high-technology and the telecommunications industry.
From 2003 to 2014, Phillips founded and served as Managing Director for Telepoint Global Hosting Services, a global leader in wholesale voice termination with offices in Hong Kong and the U.S. As Managing Director, Phillips managed operator relations, global marketing and corporate development including product development and financial services. The firm managed more than1 billion minutes a year with a focus on Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Phillips continues to serve as Managing Director of Telepoint Global Marketing Services, a telecom data analytics company.
Prior to founding Telepoint Global, Rich served as Chief Communications Officer of Simplified Development Corp., a global provider of telecommunications software for prepaid and wholesale voice, where he led marketing, public relations and communications strategy for North America, Asia and Europe, helping the company grow from $10 million to $30 million in revenue from 2000 to 2002. Before that, Rich served as Vice President of the Next-Generation Communications Practice at Cunningham Communication, a communications consulting firm, where he managed accounts for global leaders in telecommunications and Internet technologies, including Sprint Corporation and Cisco Systems. Phillips earned a B.A. in Economics with Distinction from Boston University and a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University. He lives in Austin, Texas.

Adam Healy
Adam Healy is the senior vice president of operations and technology responsible for operational management of business and product development, talent acquisition and capital raising. Healy is an experienced technology executive and practiced organizational leader with a passion for scalable infrastructure, business-driven technology, operations and client-focused execution.
Healy has over 10 years of experience delivering outcomes at the highest levels of the private and public sectors. He is an advisor to CXOs on technology investment strategy, cyber security, organizational leadership, technical due diligence, and enterprise architecture.
Previously, Healy oversaw engineering delivery and product execution for several Fortune 100 accounts while at Palantir Technologies, a software services company focused on data analytics.
Prior to Palantir, Healy was an enterprise architect at Microsoft and served separately in the US Marine Corps and US Intelligence Community where he was responsible for a number of strategic and operational initiatives both domestically and in the Middle East.
He spent over 3 years forward deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism. After being honorably discharged with several commendations, Healy attended the University of Maryland and currently holds numerous professional certifications.
Healy resides in Washington, DC.

Keith Moran
Keith Moran is the senior vice president of operator relations responsible for business development, sales and operator management for wholesale SMS and other applications and services. Moran has more than 20 years’ experience in telecommunications in all aspects of sales, design, installation, and support of voice and data communication solutions for operators, ISP, municipalities, local and federal government.
Since 2008, Moran has served as director of business development for JTRK Enterprises, a voice services company where he manages partnerships with CLECs, enterprise customers, local and federal government agencies and aggregators in all areas of voice and data.
Prior to JTRK, Moran served as senior operator sales manager for Excel Communications in Dallas, Texas, increasing revenue from 50 percent to 200 percent across “non-performing” accounts. At Excel, Moran sold both VoIP and TDM voice services including toll free, long distance, and call center services.
From 2004 to 2007, Moran served as director of business development for StarComm Telecommunications building partnerships with product and marketing departments and working together to determine innovative strategies for penetrating new market segments.
In the 1990s, Moran managed major accounts for MCI/WorldCom and then Cable & Wireless consistently achieving 125% of sales quotas.
Moran attended Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia and Northern Virginia Community College. He resides in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Jimmy Mak
Jimmy Mak is the vice president for the Asia-Pacific region where he manages operator relations, sales and business development. Mak has over 35 years’ experience with 20 years of mainland China sales and business development experience in the telecommunication industry.
From 2012 to 2014, Mak served as director of Asia-Pacific sales for Blackpool Application Hosting. In this role, he was responsible for operator relations and turn-ups for Tier I and Tier II operators in China and Southeast Asia.
Prior to Blackpool Application Hosting, Mak served as director of sales for Simplified Development Ltd. in Asia where he successfully developed a sales channel for Asian operators resulting in new revenue growth of more than 100 percent. Mak signed the first mainland China contract for the company and was awarded “Top Salesperson of the Year for 2001”. He successfully closed contracts with Singapore Telecom, Malaysian Telecom and Taiwan Telecom.
Mak is a graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a degree in business management. Mak lives in Hong Kong.
