Paul Cummings
Paul Cummings is an innovator in advanced technology and learning and has over 20 years of leadership, technical and expert consulting experience in the fields of IT leadership, team building, computational analytics, audio and speech identification, and data sciences. He has spent his career driving innovation in the technology space with an emphasis on solving complex business problems through rigorous scientific and lean business processes.
Cummings contributes and invests in business solutions that provide punctuated, and quantum growth for businesses across the globe. In his recent work as officer growth lead and an ICF learning innovation strategist, he built a team of experts that currently supports over $125 million dollars of federal and commercial work for the firm.
He is currently leading several campaigns for the firm including human performance analytics growth strategy, and advanced technology solutions.
Cummings has a MA in Cognitive Psychology and a MA Computational Science from the Krasnow Institute of Advanced Study. He resides in Arlington, VA.

Alfred J. Mandel
Alfred J. Mandel has been an entrepreneur since his teens and has over thirty years experience in technology businesses, notably at Apple, Inc. and Redgate Communications.
Mr. Mandel has extensive experience in business development, sales and marketing and early stage investing. He knows how to build exceptional teams that create outstanding companies and can motivate others to succeed. His goal is to build value for his ventures, their investors and employees.
Known as a “company builder”, Mr. Mandel was an early participant in the growth of the Internet and has advised and invested in many Internet, and Internet related, ventures including: Ask Inc, Google, MetaLINCS, N8 Systems, Starlight Systems, NextBio, PowerSet, Funny or Die, NaviTel Corp., XOS Digital Technologies, Ooma, Inc., BidFire, Swype, X-Show, AutoNet Mobile, Spinnaker Software, Nexsan, Inc, CloudCrusier, Inc., StarCast, Yee Pay, GoingOn, NextLighting, Inc., VOX (Sunny) Learning, Limited, Good Technologies, XO Jet, Taking Point, Tags, Dimension X, Seagate, Bloom Energy, CelebrityApps, Seros, PixoArt, Xactly, QP Park, Inc., mPact, Propeller, Kizzang, LLC, InSite, Realstir, Vimoc Technologies and VertaScale.

Mr. Mandel holds a degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara with a minor in Physics, an MA in Environmental Design, and a Masters in Urban and Regional planning, both from the School of Architecture at the University of Oregon.

William Tippin
Dr. William Tippin is a recognized industry leader solving facility and infrastructure architectural / engineering problems by leveraging technology solutions. He has over 40 years of experience driving such problem resolutions with U.S. government clients such as NASA, FAA, FEMA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and, the U.S. Navy. Also, he has designed construction and maintenance management systems for the States of Louisiana, New Mexico, Mississippi and Arkansas.
As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), he provides leadership, technical and expert consulting experience in the fields of management systems design and implementation, team building, strategic planning and, transformational management. In his current NV5 position, Dr. Tippin is working across the company’s five vertical divisions integrating teams to provide services to government clients. One such immediate integration effort is to coordinate NV5’s response to the Louisiana 2016 Flood.
Prior to NV5, Dr. Tippin was AECOM’s Senior Vice President responsible for AECOM’s U.S. Federal Government Civilian Agencies business development. As an extension of his duties, he was the Principal-In-Charge for AECOM’s team supporting the State of Florida’s efforts to commercialize for use by SpaceX and others, Kennedy Space Center.
As a Webster University Professor, Dr. Tippin teaches applied research in Information Technology. This class is focused upon solving business problems through Information Technology. He was also the first Professor and Faculty Advisor for Webster University in Washington, DC which now has over 60 Professors and, over 1,000 students.
Dr. Tippin has his Doctorate of Management (DM) with a specialization the Management of Technology from the University of Maryland University College. And, he has both his Masters of Public Administration (MPA) and his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas. He resides in Washington, DC.
